With a JR EAST PASS (Nagano, Niigata area) travel between Tokyo and the central area of the main island to exciting destinations such as Nagano, Niigata, Karuizawa and Matsumoto. This flexible pass includes unlimited travel aboard sections of the Tohoku Shinkansen, Yamagata Shinkansen, Joetsu Shinkansen and Hokuriku Shinkansen. View the map.
