Czech Railways (CD), Deutsche Bahn (DB) and Dutch Railways (NS) join forces to get you from Prague to Amsterdam by train, comfortably and efficiently. Over the course of the nearly 900km-long journey, you’ll travel three countries by way of three commuter trains: regional, InterCity and InterCity-Express. There are one to three daily routes from Prague to Amsterdam. With each route, the first train departs from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi in the afternoon, making 3-6 station changes before arriving at either Amsterdam Zuid or Centraal (Cs) the following morning.
