Italo E-ticket with Reservation – Flex

The Flex fare is refundable up to 1 day before the departure date, where a cancellation fee applies. Ticket exchanges or refunds are not permitted after departure. Ticket changes in Italy: Visit an Italo ticket counter if you want to change your travel time/date, free of charge, up to 3 minutes prior to the train's departure time. Also if you miss your train, you have 2 hours of extra time to ask Italo staff at the departure station if they can find you a seat on the next train (subject to availability).

Children between the ages of 2 and 13 travel for free, when accompanied by at least 1 passenger over 18 years (subject to availability). This discount is valid for 2-4 passengers travelling together. Children under 2 years are not counted as they travel for free on the lap of an adult. If the family fare is not offered, children of all ages who occupy a seat pay the adult fare. Ticket exchanges or refunds are not permitted.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years of age travel for free when not occupying a seat. If a seat is required for a child under the age of 2, the family fare may apply if available, and if not available then the adult fare will apply.
