The “TCV Paper Ticket Only” is an open ticket with no time restrictions, so you are free to travel aboard any train, even during peak hours. Tickets are refundable up to the day before the departure date (a cancellation fee applies). Non-refundable after departure. Refunds are limited to completely unused and unvalidated passes, tickets and exchange vouchers.
