Exceptions include shorter journeys that don’t offer seat reservations and when the number of allocated reservable seats is filled. In either case, your ticket is still valid and you can sit in any vacant seat.
  • When booking a ‘Ticket ONLY on Departure’ e-ticket, the seat reservation is not included.

Ticket Purchase Conditions and Delivery
