Family Coach

Vy Familie is a separate car available at the same Standard Class fare but with additional features for family travel such as a playroom, children's books and films and fold-down changing tables in the toilets

Vy Sleeper

Travel overnight with the comfort of high-quality mattresses, quilts and pillows. If you are traveling alone you can book a Vy Sleeper compartment and you will have it all to yourself. If you are traveling with family or friends you can book a shared compartment. Sleeping compartments accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16. It is recommended that children over 4 years have their own berth, as the bed width is 75 cm.
Ticket Discounts

Minipris

Minipris fares are discounted fares for travel on Vy Regiontog (inter-city) trains. These fares are yield managed and available in limited amounts so prices may vary over time and you may find fewer Minipris tickets on the most popular departures. Tickets must be purchased no later than the day prior to travelling.

Child discount

Children under 4 years of age travel free. One child, between the ages of 4 to 15 years, can travel for free with an adult with an ordinary ticket. These children are entitled to a 50% discount on standard adult ticket prices.

Reduced rate (Senior)

Travellers over 67 years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on standard fares. Married couples over 67 years of age are each entitled to a 50% discount, if one of them meets the above requirements.
